• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed the lab environment. Once a lab has been accessed, no refunds will be provided. All refund requests must be submitted through our support system.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hexalabs or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this marketplace.
